These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ATPL Wingman at atplwingman.com and your purchase of digital access to our EASA ATPL study library. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

The service is operated by ATPL Wingman (“we”, “us”, “our”). Support: support@atplwingman.com.

2. The product

ATPL Wingman is a digital, online study library covering EASA ATPL theory subjects. Content is provided for personal study and revision. It is an independent study aid and is not an official EASA, authority, or examination product.

Free preview chapters may be available without purchase. Full access requires a paid plan.

3. Account and access

  • You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential.
  • Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account or resell access.
  • One active session per account — signing in on a new device may sign out another active session.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Licence to use content

When you purchase access, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view and use the library for your own ATPL study. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, republish, or create derivative works from the content except where brief quotation is permitted by law. All intellectual property remains with us and our licensors.

5. Plans and pricing

We may offer plans such as:

  • One-time purchase — access to the full library for the duration we specify at checkout (including future book updates while the product is maintained).
  • Subscription — access for a fixed term (for example six months) that renews automatically unless cancelled before renewal.

Prices, currency, and taxes are shown at checkout. Paddle may collect VAT or sales tax where applicable as Merchant of Record.

6. Payment — Paddle as Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payments are processed through Paddle Checkout. Your contract for payment and billing is with Paddle under the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. We receive confirmation of your purchase so we can activate your library access.

Your card statement will show a descriptor related to Paddle and/or ATPL Wingman, as configured at checkout.

7. Refunds and cancellations

7.1 Refunds

Because ATPL Wingman is digital content delivered immediately after payment, statutory withdrawal rights may not apply once access has been granted, where permitted by law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund or need help with a charge, contact us at support@atplwingman.com or Paddle via paddle.net. We and Paddle will handle requests fairly and in line with applicable consumer law and Paddle’s policies.

7.2 Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, it renews automatically for the next billing period unless you cancel before renewal. You can manage or cancel a subscription through Paddle’s buyer portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically grant a refund for the current period unless required by law.

8. After purchase

After a successful payment you will be directed to set up your account password (if not already set) and access the library. If activation fails, contact support@atplwingman.com with your checkout email and transaction reference.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to bypass access controls or download protected content in bulk.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or mirror the site.
  • Reverse engineer or interfere with the service or API.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the library available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, add, or remove content to keep material accurate and maintainable. We may change features, plans, or pricing for new purchases; changes to active subscriptions will be communicated where required.

11. Disclaimer

Content is provided for study purposes “as is”. We do not guarantee exam results, completeness, or error-free material. You remain responsible for verifying critical information against official sources and your training organisation’s requirements.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or exam outcomes. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for access in the twelve months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or for abuse or fraud. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations) will survive termination.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data and forms part of these Terms.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes affecting paid users will be communicated where required. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts in Skopje shall have exclusive jurisdiction where permitted, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
